Curriculum

Built on a system of strategies that help strengthen social and emotional learning competencies and align with the CASEL standards or other SEL programs, multimodality and multi-sensory strategies, among a framework of comprehensive Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs); Mindiful is an evidence-based SEL solution. With values rooted in Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB); Mindiful is for everyone.

From one week with five daily lesson units, to five months with one lesson unit each, small group, one-on-one, consistent check-ins over time, or simply at-home continued practice; our materials are here for you and may be utilized in a variety of different ways with many creative and practical applications.

Mindiful® Curriculum Incorporates:

Standards-based curriculum aligning with Social Emotional Learning competencies.

Mindiful® uses strategies that address and can enhance key aspects of self-regulation for students, and support teachers with a program assisting in growing healthier educational environments.

Practices that can facilitate and support social and emotional development in students.

Emotional well-being skills to improve awareness of self and others and skills for self-care and focus.

Lesson Breakdown

Lessons are 15-20 min. each.

Five Lesson Units for optimal implementation flexibility -

Daily for 5 Days, Weekly for 5 Weeks, or Monthly for 5 Months.

Follow-up activities can be 10-15 min.

Individual app use - 5 min. as opted.

On-going use as a resource tool for counselors/teachers.

At-home resource for continued practice.
