"Introduction to Mindiful®-ness"

Taken at your leisure, this course certifies your knowledge and understanding of Mindiful®'s "Introduction to Mindiful®-ness" Program. Through the completion of this 10 part course, the recipient will demonstrate an understanding of the program to teach it and further the mission of universal accessibility to Children's Mental Health and Wellness resources. The completion of this course will familiarize the learner to the structure of the "Introduction to Mindiful®-ness" program and it’s components. It will allow you to: Gain an awareness and be introduced to the practices and activities. Be able to guide oneself and others to the Mindiful® program. Boost your Mindiful® knowledge and learn new skills. Be introduced to core concepts as Mindiful® introduces proactive lifestyle habits and a positive psychology. Learn components that can supplement as a strategy for Social Emotional Learning and integrate into educational settings. (Studies strongly show a correlation of S.E.L. to healthy steps for living and studying.) Gain a general understanding of the Mindiful® Curriculum and Skills such as being more in touch and in sync with feelings, opening dialog.
